Grass Blocks into Farmland.
Use it to harvest fully grown crops within the range of 3×3.
Use it on an empty Farmland to take 
Corn Seeds from the Backpack and sow them within the range of 3×3.

Overview
The Tungsten Rake is the highest 
Rake tier, and is a better rake than the 
Titanium Rake. It takes around 0.1 seconds to reclaim a block of Soil or a Grass Block, can harvest fully grown crops within the 3 by 3 range, can take Corn Seeds from the player's Backpack and plant them within a 3 by 3 range, and deals 40 melee damage when used as a weapon. Crafting a Tungsten Rake requires 
3 Tungsten ingots, 
1 Brass Rod, and 
1 Creation Crystal. It's the most expensive of all rakes, but the player gets cooler benefits when acquired.
