Obtain Completely is an enchantment for tools that allows the player to collect the bare drops of some blocks instead of them dropping something else, like when you break logs, you get Timber, but with the Obtain Completely enchantment, you get the same logs you were breaking instead. However, there can still be blocks that are not affected by this enchantment.
