Rotor Block
After connected with Celesthium, the block on the back will start to rotate. Power off to restore it to its original state. After placing it and powering off, you can use it again to adjust the rotation angle. Use the 
Wrench on it when powering off to adjust the direction of rotation. Not effective on some naturally generated blocks.

Can be crafted in 
Incomplete Crafting Table or 
Crafting Table.
