Eat it to restore 10 Stamina. Don't eat it raw, or you'll get loose bowels. It's better cooked over a Bonfire. It also can be used to tame Icebears.
It can be fed to the mount Little Seal to restore 20 HP to it.

There's a chance to obtain by defeating fish in the water.
