Terrain Editor

Description

Enter the Terrain Editor after use.
Default option: Brush mode. Can fill, replace or clear the blocks easily.
Tap to switch to Zone Selecting mode.
This item is only available in editing mode.

Introduction to props

The main function of the Terrain Editor is to place/delete/copy/move blocks in batches in the scene, and provides sphere, rectangle, cylinder, point, line, and surface modes for one-click selection, which is convenient and fast.

Introduction To Interface Functions

1. Brush Mode (default)


1. Brush-Cube: Select cube mode
2. Brush-Cylinder: Select cylinder mode
3. Brush-Sphere: Select sphere mode
4. Brush-Planar Quadrilateral: Select planar quadrilateral mode
5. Brush-Planar Circular: Select planar circular mode
6. Brush-Point-point: Select point-point connection mode
7. Brush-Two-points Form a Surface: Select the two-points form a surface mode
8. Filling: You can open the block template library and select different blocks to fill (PC shortcut key R)
9. Brush parameter settings
10. Brush distance (the distance can be adjusted with the scroll wheel on the PC side): Adjust the pointing distance
11. Brush distance mode switch: After it is turned off, the distance to the mouse pointing area cannot be adjusted
12. Undo: Undo the last operation
13. Restore (Undo): Restore the last undo content
14. Fill mode: Fill the area pointed by the brush
15. Delete mode: Delete the area square pointed by the brush
16. Replacement mode: Replace the area pointed by the brush with the xx square
17. Smooth mode: Make the area pointed by the brush smooth according to the position , suitable for flat ground and large area surfaces
18. Selection mode: Switch to selection mode
19. Exit editor: Exit the editing page and restore the state of handheld props

2. Zone Selecting Mode


1. Region data: changes with the size of the selection
2. Cancel selection: cancel the currently selected area
3. Cancel end point: reselect the end point of the area after clicking
4. Fill: select the square to fill the area
5. Delete: delete the square in the area
6. Copy: copy within the area Blocks
7. Paste: Paste the blocks in the area
8. Move: Move the blocks in the area
9. Replace: Replace the blocks in the area
10. Stack: Stack the blocks in the area
11. Exit the terrain editor
12. Switch back to brush mode

Usage steps

1. Put the terrain editor props into the shortcut bar

2. Handheld terrain editor

3. Click to open the editor page (right click on the PC endpoint and move your finger on the right side of the endpoint)

4. Brush mode:

How to fill
a. Select the brush shape and fill
b. Select the fill brush
c. Adjust the mouse pointer to the appropriate position
d. Right-click to place directly (click the finger icon on mobile)

How to delete
a. Select the brush shape
b. Select clear brush
c. Adjust the mouse pointer to the appropriate position
d. Right-click to clear the position

How to replace
a. Select the brush shape and fill
b. Select the replacement brush
c. Adjust the mouse pointer to the appropriate position
d. Right-click to replace the block at that position

How to smooth an area
a. Select the brush shape
b. Select the smoothing brush
c. Adjust the mouse pointer to the appropriate position
d. Right-click to smooth the area

5. Zone Selecting Mode

How to select a constituency
a. Select the starting point and end point, and determine an area.
b. Note: Right-click to select on the PC side, and click on the right finger on the mobile side.

How to fill
a. Select the area
b. Click the fill button and select the square
c. Confirm filling

How to delete
a. Select the area
b. Click the delete button

How to copy
a. Select the area
b. Click the copy button

How to paste
a. Select the area
b. Click the paste button. If the pasted areas overlap, the original squares will not be replaced.

How to move
a. Select area
b. Click the move button to open the corresponding mobile interface.

① Rotate clockwise
② Rotate counterclockwise
③ Adjust x-axis position
④ Adjust y-axis position
⑤ Adjust z-axis position
⑥ Confirm
⑦ Cancel

c. After the adjustment is completed, click ⑥Confirm to complete the move.

How to replace
a. Select the area
b. Click the Replace button and select the square
c. Replacement successful

How to stack
a. Select the area
b. Click the stack button and select the corresponding square
c. Stacking successful
