===== Description =====
The Robot Arm will push out 1 grid away when receiving Celesthium signals and retrieve when power off.\\
Can be switched into Signal Mode with a Wrench when Celesthium is off. Under this mode, the length of the extended Robot Arm is decided by the signal intensity.\\
When it meets blocks, it will push them away.
