==== Overview ====
The **Brass Shield** is a low-tier [[survival_mode:tool:shield|shield]] in //Mini World: CREATA//. It's made of four [[survival_mode:sundry:brass|{{items:brass.png?24}}]] [[survival_mode:sundry:brass|Brass]] ingots, and offers intermediate protection against enemies. By holding the Use button or the right mouse button, the shield will be raised, and attacks dealt directly to the player's field of view will be blocked. For comparison, it can withstand four hits by [[survival_mode:creatures:boarman|{{items:boarman_spawn_egg.png?24}}]] [[survival_mode:creatures:boarman|Boarmen]] before temporarily shattering.

Brass Shields have 200 durability, which is consumed for each hit blocked by the shield and each hit //dealt// with the shield. The player can either use a {{items:brass.png?nolink&24}} Brass ingot on a crafting table to restore 45 of its durability, or use [[gameplay:star_exp|{{survival_mode:gameplay:star_item.png?24}}]] 2 [[gameplay:star_exp|Stars]] to repair it to its full durability.
