First of all, you must meet these criteria:

  * 1. Have more than 0 popularity, which means you need at least 1 real player to download your map.
  * 2. Have uploaded at least one map within the past 90 days.

Once you meet these criteria, you can click on the verify button, and you're all set.

===== Where is the Button? =====

You need to be in the developer map and look for the Developer Shop. Once you click it, a pop-up will appear if you haven't verified yet. As a verified developer, you can start using the shop immediately.
