As the last glimmer of light dissipates, the Fluorescent Algae begins to grow.
If it is inserted into the top of a contourite block, it can grow into a Fluorescent Algae Seedling.

Obtained after the fluorescent liquid inside a Lighted Glow Stick is exhausted.
