The **feed trough** is a functionable block that is able to store either {{:items:grass_feed.png?nolink&0x32|}} [[survival_mode:crop:grass_feed|Grass Feed]] or {{:items:meat_feed.png?nolink&0x32|}} [[survival_mode:crop:meat_feed|Meat Feed]] for feeding animals.

A feed trough can be crafted using the following materials:

  * {{:items:cherry_wood_twig.png?nolink&0x32|}} Twig ×3

A feed trough can be filled with up to three pieces of feed. When a baby animal eats the feed from the feed trough, it will grow up to adult form.
