Professor Stephen's skill is named **Erudite** and requires 200 {{:items:character_shards:explorer_hat.png?0x32&nolink|}} **Explorer Hat** shards to activate. This skill gives [[survival_mode:block:rock|Rocks]] a chance to drop rare materials, ores and special blocks when broken by the player.
  * **Level 1:** There's a 4% chance to find rare ores and materials when digging stones.
  * **Level 2:** There's a 6% chance to find more rare ores, materials and special blocks when digging stones.
